Your rights

You can unsubscribe in one click from any email we send. You may request that we delete your information at any time by emailing hello@divorce-360.com. We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days as required by CAN-SPAM, and we comply with applicable state privacy laws including the New Jersey Data Privacy Act (NJDPA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Cookies and tracking

We currently use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregates only basic, non-personal information (page views, country, device type, top referrers, Core Web Vitals). No advertising trackers run on this page. When we add additional analytics tools (e.g., Plausible, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog), a consent banner will appear before any non-essential tracking loads, and you may opt out at any time.

Children

This site is not directed at people under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and (if you have given us your email) notify you. Your continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
